This position will work collaboratively with the Kids Ministry Pastor and Kids Ministry Leaders, providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all programs and events. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for serving children and families.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the Kids Ministry volunteer schedule.
Supply and Resource Management: Oversee inventory, restock supplies, and prepare lesson materials.
Communication: Distribute newsletters, send important updates to parents and volunteers, and manage communications.
Administrative Support: Handle event registrations, process budget reports and payments, prepare documents and maintain accurate records.
Digital & Outreach: Update website and Church Center information, assist with graphic design, manage social media posts, and document testimonies.
Policy & Planning: Contribute to updating policies and the parent handbook, assist with planning seasonal activities and team training events.
